Gustav and Bertha Reiner Horticultural Education Center

For 40 years, Oakland Nursery founders, Gustav and Bertha Reiner raised their family in a house they built on Oakland Park Avenue in the north Linden area of Columbus. With their passing, the Reiner home has been renovated into a meeting and education center for Columbus green organizations. We can think of no better tribute to the founders of Oakland Nursery than a center dedicated to the education of the public and professionals in the horticultural sciences.

The renovated center now provides space for all size groups up to fifty people in a stylish great room type setting. Kitchen facilities are available also, and an outdoor patio area is adjacent to the meeting room.
